Angelique Kidjo

Afropop's foremost Diva talks to Link about her music, her ideals and her activism. Exploring the influence of African music across the world from it's roots in the slave trade, Angelique travels to the US, Brazil and the Carribbean. She also talks about her 2007 collaboration with british singer Joss Stone covering Rolling Stones 'Gimme Shelter' for Kidjo's album and also performing it live for Live Earth in Johannesburg 2007.
